5 Career lessons inspired by "the hunt".

Winner of the Golden Globe awards, SAG awards, and probably several Oscars, The Fighter is a film fast-paced on Micky Ward, unique boxing champion.

Actor Mark Wahlberg plays Ward in the lead role. Christian Bale steals the show from the colorful Boxer brother Dickie.

Between knockouts, greed and drugs, The Fighter offers several important career lessons:

Choose a life partner that supports your career choice.

Micky Ward woman in the film is portrayed as a spouse who supports her husband despite its endemic risks career choices (permanent injury, sporadic on salary, etc.).

It is difficult to stay positive, productive and proactive through each leg of a journey of career. A partner who believes in you and you to improve the shoot can really help you succeed. We could use a pom - pom girl, and if you're lucky, your spouse will have this role.

Listen to the advice, but make your own decisions.

There is no shortage of blogs for career counseling, employment advisors and others who are willing to share their views on how to achieve career success. Family members are usually the first people we turn to career - advice after all, who knows us best? And solicit feedback on a third party work situations is critical to job success.

But I don't think a trip more personal than to climb the ladder. Only you know what you want to work. Search for opinions, but their filter and know that it is ultimately your call, your life. Micky was under the tutelage of her mother and brother for too long. Is it lifted for himself, in part because of spouse support, that his career really took off.
